Here is a demonstration video which shows what PhysioTrack is about. It is only a few minutes long, but gives you a look at the key features from setting your account up to pushing exercises to your patient's phone. We'll be posting more videos in the next few months detailing specific tasks that you might want to complete along with new feature demonstrations.
This is a selection of the screens from the smart phone app. If you would like to see the app working, just download the Android version from here or the iPhone one from here. This is free and does not require a PhysioTrack account to try out. Just click the Load Daily Exercises button when prompted.
PhysioTrack contains a comprehensive schedule of all commonly prescribed exercises with additional variations and updates added from time to time. Physiotrack will respond to requirements of users to add additional exercises or features with no additional charge. Physiotrack’s policy is to maintain a user friendly service to ensure easy use for Patients and Physios, so we seek to limit content to data that will be used.
When you first log in all of the exercises are copied over into your account. This allows you to edit the exercises, update the images and even add video if you like. Here is a sample of the exercises that are currently in the system:
Kneel on all fours with your back flat. This is neutral. Arch your back up into the Cat Stretch and hold for 5 seconds. Return to neutral. Curve your back down into the Dog Stretch and hold for 5 seconds. Return to neutral.
Lie flat on your back on an exercise mat. Bring your feet toward your bum until your knees are at about 90 degrees. Place your hands behind your head with fingertips just touching. Don't interlace your fingers. Curl your body up from your shoulders - your mid to lower back should remain on the mat. Hold for 2 seconds. Lower to the starting position with control.

Keeping your feet flat on the floor raise your body off the mat from your shoulders. Try to form a straight line from your neck to your knees. Hold for 5 seconds. Return to the starting position.

Once logged in you need to fill in some information about your clinic and agree to our terms and conditions. You can change your clinic info at any point and your patients will receive the updated information when they download the app.
Once you have provided clinic details and agreed to terms and conditions the rest of the menu options will become available and you will be sent to the Patients screen. From here you can create a patient and prescribe them exercises. It is a good idea to set your self up as a patient first to see how everything works.
Your Free Trial allows you to use PhysioTrack for up to 30 days before you have to subscribe. This allows you to try everything out and see that it meets your needs.
There are help buttons throughout the system which provide help on each specific area of PhysioTrack.
You can try the app out using the links below. Without a PhysioTrack subscription you will not be able to prescribe any exercises to the phone, but there are some sample exercises in the system which you can look at. Just download the Android version from here or the iPhone one from here. This is free and does not require a PhysioTrack account to try out. Just click the Load Daily Exercises button when prompted.
